Today is a day of fine tuning all the goodies we’ve prepared for the Women’s Expo that’s happening tomorrow, March 18th from 9am - 4pm at the Civic Center in Merritt. I’ll be hosting a table with our wellness products and you’ll find Scott at the table next to me offering fresh baked bread with roasted garlic and herbs along with bagels, chocolate pretzel sticks, our home grown spice blend and his specialty fermented mustard spread too! Last time we had our pretzels available they sold out within the first hour so I’ve doubled the batch and I recommend getting there early for pick up! Im heading over to NVIT to embrace the last day of the fabulous Circle of Sisters Conference. It’s been such a heart warming experience over this weekend to make new connections, hearing people share their stories, seeing the community retain new information through the various workshops that have been organized and seeing them enjoy the many healing and wellness services that are offered throughout the day. I’ll be set up alongside a handful of artisans awaiting a good conversation and offering a few of our handmade herbal goodies until 3 pm I’m also accepting in person sign ups for our April 20th Women’s Circle that will be hosted from 6-7:30 pm by Sarah Fast and myself.
